Overview… a London chef whose name is synonymous with quality. Richard runs a restaurant newly owned by mob boss Albert Spica, whose men have run the place into the ground with their efforts to make it just another run-of-the-mill joint. Now he’s helping Spica’s wife maintain her affair with one of his regular customers, for reasons unknown even to him.
Personality… professionally uncompromising, moody, and compassionate. Richard isn’t interested in money. He considers himself a culinary artist. He demands quality from his customers and sees dining in his restaurant as an event. He puts everything into his work, yet his desire for revenge against Spica compelled him to help this couple maintain their affair. It’s a questionably noble deed – and one that may cost him his life.
